AWARDS
At the Malamut Museum, we don’t just collect cars to put them on display in our museum. We also like to get out and drive them. Mike is often seen around town using some of the cars as daily drivers. Many of our cars take part in local car shows and road rallys. We also participate in many of the concours events such as the San Marino Concours and even the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Within this gallery are some of the awards our cars have won over the years.
JCCS 2022
We brought out a couple of Mazdas to the Japanese Car Classic this year. We picked up a couple of awards!
JCCS 2022 BEST MAZDA OLD SCHOOL 1st Place is Mike & Barbara Malamut’s 1964 MAZDA R360 / 360cc pulled by T2000
Both are “Rare” LHD.

Amelia Island 2022
Hanging out with some celebrity judges at the Amelia Island Concours: John Oats of Hall & Oats, race car driver Peter Brock, and Porsche icon Magnus Walker. We received a class award for the ’67 Mazda Cosmo at the 2022 Amelia Island event.

Honda N360 and Toyota S800 take awards at the Japanese Classic Car Show
We recently picked up a couple awards at the Japanese Classic Car Show which took place earlier this month. The show took place in Long Beach, CA. Our Honda N360 won “Best Honda – Old School”. The Toyota S800 took the award for “Best Restoration and Display”.
